Food has always been more than a meal to me—it’s a way to bring people together, tell a story, and honor where we come from. Growing up around the bold flavors of Louisiana and the deep-rooted traditions of Texas, I learned early that the best food is honest, handcrafted, and made with purpose.
My training at Culinary Institute LeNotre helped refine my skills, but my passion comes from the people I cook for. Every menu, every dish, and every service we provide is built around connection—because great food should feel personal.
